She specializes in divorce intakes, guiding clients through the initial steps of their case and preparing complete, well-organized files for the attorney and assigned paralegal—ensuring each matter starts on the strongest possible footing.

Emily brings both professional experience and personal understanding to her role. Having navigated divorce and subsequent custody modification proceedings herself, she understands firsthand the uncertainty, stress, and emotional challenges many clients face. This perspective allows her to connect with clients on a deeper level, helping them feel heard, supported, and informed throughout the legal process.

Committed to continuous professional growth, Emily earned her Paralegal Career Diploma from Penn Foster and holds a certificate from HarvardX's HLS2x Contract Law: From Trust to Promise to Contract course, taught by Professor Charles Fried of Harvard Law School.

Outside the office, Emily enjoys life on her family's cattle ranch in Winder, Georgia, where she and her husband spend time with their children, cows, horses, and chickens. Together they enjoy traveling, the outdoors, and making lasting memories as a family.
