My wife and I had a will that was out of date and out of hand. We literally couldn’t find it. Much has changed over the years. Mitchell and Crunk took great care of us, from the hospitality at the door to leaving no stone unturned to ensure that our children and grandchildren would be treated fairly. They also put together a very comprehensive living will, so our children will not be burdened with having to make a tough end-of-life decision, in the event that my wife and I have no chance to live without life support.

Mitchell and Crunk have a copy of our documents and we have one in a fire safe, per Doug Mitchell’s recommendation.

We never received a deed to our house after we paid it off. I called the county and they gave me the run-around, ultimately telling me that they don’t mail them out - they just keep them on file. Wendy, at Mitchell and Crunk worked some computer magic, like you see on NCIS or CSI, and she got to the bottom of it. Our county messed up the filing. Wendy had an intuition that a leading zero was not carried from one data system to another. She was absolutely correct! She secured the deed to our house. Mitchell and Crunk have a copy and now we have one in our fire safe.

This law firm is the best! They serve gourmet refreshments and snacks. Their complimentary coffee drinks are better than Starbuck’s. You are literally treated like family, while they work their law magic.
