Amanda Faglie
Legal Assistant & Client Coordinator
Amanda Faglie brings a wealth of experience and a unique perspective to our firm, blending her 17 years of teaching with her growing expertise in family law. A proud alumna of Brenau University and the University of North Carolina, Amanda was inducted into the Kappa Delta Pi Honor Society in recognition of her academic excellence and dedication to education. She holds a Master’s in Education and has recently earned her Paralegal Career Diploma from Penn Foster, further expanding her legal knowledge and skills.
Her nearly two decades in education give Amanda valuable insight into the needs of school-age children and the challenges families face during transitions. This understanding allows her to approach each case with empathy and practical perspective, especially in matters involving custody and parenting time.
In her role as Legal Assistant & Client Coordinator, Amanda manages document indexing, organizes evidence, coordinates scheduling with courts, attorneys, and clients, and researches and retrieves records from outside entities such as law enforcement agencies. She also oversees the logistics that keep communication flowing smoothly between clients, the firm, and the courts. Her organization and attention to detail ensure cases move forward efficiently and effectively.
Amanda lives in Winder with her husband of 17 years, their two high-school age children, and two lovable Great Danes. Outside of work, she enjoys cheering on the Bulldogs, traveling with her family, and making lasting memories together.
